Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All products are shipped worldwide from the manufacturer in Spain by DHL Express courier. Any and all local taxes and import, customs or other duties that may apply are not paid by Dalton & Mae. and are the sole responsibility of the receiver/purchaser.  You will receive a tracking number with the confirmation email once your order has been completed and shipped. 

DELIVERY TIMESCALE

Due to the bespoke nature of Dalton & Mae. slippers and the fact they are made in Spain, please allow for approximately 6 weeks between the date of  your order and their delivery to you. Occasionally, our slippers can take longer due to supply of materials, local and regional holidays in Spain.  We will notify you if we are informed of any significant delay caused either by supply of materials or local holiday periods.
